Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if it is higher. You may not use AceHouse from a country where online gambling is prohibited or from any restricted territory listed on this site. One person may hold one account.

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor device safe. Tell support at once if you think someone else has access. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time and may pause withdrawals until verification is complete.

Balances are held in US dollars. Crypto deposits are converted at the rate at the moment they are credited. A deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent; the network fee shown at the time of the request is deducted from the amount.

All AceHouse games use the provably fair system described on the Provably fair page. Each game has a maximum bet and a maximum win, shown or enforced at the time of the bet. If a game round is interrupted by a technical fault, open stakes are returned.

Promo codes, VIP rewards and rakeback are subject to the rules shown with each offer. A bonus with a wagering requirement must be wagered in full before a withdrawal. We may cancel bonuses obtained through multiple accounts or other abuse.

You may not use multiple accounts, automated tools that exploit errors, collusion between players, stolen payment sources or the service for money laundering. We may suspend an account and withhold funds linked to such conduct, subject to applicable law.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures.

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here. For any question, contact support through the chat on this site.
